Production Time
- Most posters ordered by noon are printed the same day!
- If for some reason there is a delay in creating your poster, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
- If you place your order on Thursday PM or Friday and choose Next Day shipping, your poster will be set to arrive on Monday. FedEx Saturday delivery is often available (at an extra charge) for orders being shipped out on Friday. If you want Saturday delivery, be sure to specify when you place your order or call us at 800-347-2744.
- Also keep in mind Graphicsland is closed on Saturday-Sunday; we may not be able to assist you over the weekend if there is a problem. Please plan ahead!!
Rush Service
If you place an order that needs to be printed in a few hours, we can offer rush service. You can select rush service for $50/poster on orders placed between 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm CST on weekdays and $70/poster between 3:00 and 4:30 pm CST on weekdays. Rush service moves your order to the "head of the line", ensuring that it will be printed and shipped out within hours. Rush service is also available at other times of the day. If an order is placed at night and needs to be picked up at 10AM, rush service would be required. You can call regarding rush service price and availability.
Shipping via FedEx
We ship via FedEx. Posters are rolled up in a sturdy cardboard tube packaged in a box. Standard Ground Shipping will take up to 6 business days. FedEx Saver Shipping takes up to 4 business days depending on your distance from Chicago. Delivery times are in addition to production time.

Shipping costs shown above are approximate for one poster. Additional posters will increase the shipping cost. Actual shipping costs depend on the number and size of posters in your order. Your shopping cart will show an estimate of your shipping cost based on the posters you're ordering.
Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will be e-mailed your tracking number. You can track FedEx shipments at www.fedex.com
International Shipping: For shipping outside the continental US, we will email the shipping costs and options to you.
Shipping to a Hotel
Frequently we ship posters to the customer's hotel in the conference city. If you would like us to ship to your hotel, we recommend that you:
- Add "(Guest)" to your name in the shipping address, i.e. "John Jones (Guest)"
- Make sure the hotel name and address is accurate and complete. FedEx will need the "street address". Don't forget to include the hotel's phone number specific to that location, not the "800" number for the national chain.
- Ship your poster to the name registered as the hotel guest. Some hotels will refuse delivery of a poster to "John Smith" if they have no "John Smith" registered as a guest.
Pick Up
If you're in the Chicago area, you can pick up at our facility. Our office hours are Mon – Fri, 8AM – 5PM. We are closed on the weekends and on major Holidays. Driving directions can be found on our website.
