Pricing

We offer posters in different sizes. When you upload your file and proceed, you'll see the sizes available for that poster as well as the costs. You'll see the media options shown here on our online order form. For scientific posters we recommend glossy paper. Additional copies of the same poster ordered at the same time are discounted 30%. Rush Service

If you place an order that needs to be printed in a few hours, we can offer rush service. You can select rush service for $50/poster on orders placed between 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm Central Time on weekdays and $70/poster between 3:00 and 4:30 pm Central Time on weekdays. Rush service moves your order to the "head of the line", ensuring that it will be printed and shipped out within hours. Rush service is also available at other times of the day. If an order is placed at night and needs to be picked up at 10AM, rush service would be required. You can call regarding rush service price and availability.

Special Sizes

If you need a size other than our set sizes, order your poster online, & choose the next size larger to what you need. Also specify what size the final poster should be in the special printing instructions box when you add it to your cart. The maximum size we can print is 42 by 120 inches (3.5 by 10 feet). If your file doesn't fit any specific size, we will scale it proportionately to the nearest fixed size.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax on orders outside Illinois. We are required to collect Illinois sales tax on orders from Illinois customers, unless a valid Tax Exempt number is provided at the time of the sale. Our order form has a place for the IL tax exempt number just prior to the payment method. If you are not sure of your organization's tax exempt number when you place the order, just write "phone in" in the textbox and phone the number to us when you have it.

Purchase Orders

We will accept purchase orders from universities. When you check out, select "Fax a Purchase Order" as your payment method. You can fax the purchase order to 708-614-1974. We do require a faxed written purchase order, not just the PO number. Note that our company name is "Graphicsland". If your purchasing department needs assistance setting us up as a vendor, have them call us at 800-347-2744.

Payment Method

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal. After adding items to your cart and clicking 'Checkout', you can proceed to enter your shipping information, then submit your credit card information via our secure server or choose PayPal to be redirected to Paypal.com to complete your payment. If you prefer, after placing your order online you can phone-in your credit card number.
