- Our signs are made within 72 hours of the time they're ordered. (Excluding Sat & Sun).
- Production time is in addition to shipping time (below).
- If for some reason there is a delay in creating your magnetic sign, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
Shipping via FedEx
We ship via FedEx. Standard Ground Shipping will take up to 6 business days. FedEx Saver Shipping takes up to 4 business days depending on your distance from Chicago.

Shipping costs shown above are approximate for one sign. Additional signs will increase the shipping cost. Actual shipping costs depend on the number and size of signs in your order. Your shopping cart will show an estimate of your shipping cost based on the signs you're ordering.
Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will be e-mailed your tracking number. You can track FedEx shipments at www.fedex.com
International Shipping: For shipping outside the continental US, we will email the shipping costs and options to you.
Saturday Delivery: FedEx Saturday delivery is often available (at an extra charge) for orders being shipped out on Friday. If you want Saturday delivery, be sure to specify when you place your order or call us at 800-347-2744.
Pick Up
If you're in the Chicago area, you can pick up at our facility. Our office hours are Mon – Fri, 8AM – 5PM. We are closed on the weekends and on major Holidays. Driving directions can be found on our website.
